学校食堂食品安全监管现状和监管策略研究

食堂食品安全关系到在校师生的健康与安全,市场监管部门、学校、社会各界应当高度重视学校食堂食品安全管理.基于此,本文分析学校食堂食品安全监管现状,发现学校食品安全监管存在食材采购信息不够透明、食堂基础设施不够完善、食堂食品安全管理机制不够健全以及食材、原料质量不达标等问题.针对这些问题,提出建立食材采购信息回溯机制、完善学校食堂硬件基础设施、建立食堂食品安全管理机制以及加大学校食堂食品安全执法监管力度等对策建议,以期为确保食品安全提供参考.
Research on Current Situation and Supervision Strategy of Food Safety Supervision in School Canteens
The food safety in school canteens is related to the health and safety of teachers and students.Market supervision departments,schools,and all sectors of society should attach great importance to the management of food safety in school canteens.Based on this,this article analyzes the current situation of food safety supervision in school canteens and finds that there are problems with insufficient transparency in food procurement information,inadequate cafeteria infrastructure,inadequate cafeteria food safety management mechanisms,and substandard quality of ingredients and raw materials.To address these issues,it is proposed to establish a mechanism for tracing food procurement information,improve the hardware infrastructure of school canteens,establish a food safety management mechanism for canteens,and increase the enforcement and supervision of food safety in school canteens,in order to provide reference for ensuring food safety.
