This article introduces the impact of current animal drug residue limit standards on the safety of meat products,analyzes the problems in controlling residues in these standards,and proposes optimization suggestions through quantitative analysis and model evaluation,such as dynamic update mechanism,improvement of detection technology,strengthening of cross departmental supervision,and public education.The research aims to enhance the scientificity and enforcement of standards,further ensure the safety of meat products and consumer health,and provide reference for food safety supervision.
