Research on Optimization of Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Management
Food safety supervision and sampling management is an important means to protect food safety and public health.This paper describes the importance of the food safety supervision and sampling management,and then analyzes the common problems in this field,including insufficient resources for testing equipment,the level of informatization needs to be improved,and the degree of public participation is insufficient.In view of these problems,this paper proposes strategies to optimize the allocation of testing resources,enhance the level of information technology management,improve the public participation mechanism,and strengthen law enforcement supervision,aiming to further enhance the scientific and effective management of food safety supervision and sampling work to provide reference.
