Discussion on Measures to Strengthen Food Safety and Supply Chain Management in Food Engineering
Food supply chain management is the key to ensure food hygiene,safety and quality,but because there are many influential factors in the food supply chain,once the management is not in place,it will lead to various food safety problems.Based on this,this paper expounds the importance of food supply chain management,analyzes the factors affecting food safety in food supply chain management,and puts forward specific measures to strengthen food safety and supply chain management in food engineering,aiming at helping related enterprises to improve food safety management level and reduce food safety risks.
