Determination of 31 Pesticide Residues in Xinjiang Lycium chinense Miller by QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS Method
Objective:To establish a QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of 31 pesticide residues in Xinjiang Lycium chinense Miller.Method:The samples were purified by the improved QuEChERS method,detected by the positive and negative ion scanning and multi-reaction monitoring mode,and quantified by matrix matching standard solution external standard method.Result:In the range of 0.001~0.200 mg·L-1,the linear correlation coefficients of 31 target compounds were greater than 0.996,the recoveries were 70.2%~111.4%,the relative standard deviations were less than or equal to 11.3%,and the detection limits were 0.01~7.97 μg·kg-1.Conclusion:The method is rapid,simple,accurate and has strong applicability,and can be used for rapid screening and confirmation of pesticide residues in Lycium chinense Miller samples with high sugar content.
