Football consumes a large amount of energy during competition and training,and this energy mainly comes from food intake.Therefore,a reasonable diet is crucial to the energy supply of young football players.This article uses literature survey method to understand the nutritional needs and eating habits of young football players,and gives athletes corresponding dietary suggestions to improve their performance in training and competition.
