摘要

作为现代食品工业中不可或缺的组成部分,预制菜凭借其便捷化、标准化、高效化的优势,使得消费者日趋多元的饮食需求得到满足.近年来,随着生活节奏愈发加快、消费升级趋势明显,预制菜产业得以在我国快速崛起,已成为餐饮行业关注的重点.基于此,本文分析了我国预制菜产业的发展现状,探讨了预制菜产业发展中的影响因素,并对发展趋势进行展望,旨在为相关企业、从业人员提供一定的发展建议,为预制菜产业的可持续发展提供支撑.

Abstract

As an indispensable part of modern food industry,precooked dishes with its convenient,standardized and efficient advantages,making consumers increasingly diverse dietary needs to be met.In recent years,with the pace of life is accelerating,the trend of consumption upgrading is obvious,the precooked vegetable industry has been rapidly rising in our country,has become the focus of the catering industry.Based on this,This article analyzes the current development status of China's prefabricated vegetable industry,explores the influencing factors in the development of the prefabricated vegetable industry,and looks forward to the development trend,aiming to provide certain development suggestions for related enterprises and practitioners,and provide support for the sustainable development of the prefabricated vegetable industry.
