摘要

食品安全作为重要的民生问题,一直是我国重点关注的领域.无损检测技术作为食品安全检测的新技术,与传统的检测方法相比,以其无损性、全面性和实时性三大优势,能够高效地进行食品外观品质分析、成本质量评估以及流通过程中的品质监控.本文深入探讨无损检测技术在食品安全快速筛查中的应用,旨在提供更为先进的技术支持,以加强食品安全的质量控制与评估,进一步推动我国食品行业健康发展.

Abstract

As an important livelihood issue,food safety has always been the focus of national attention and efforts.As a new technology for food safety testing,non-destructive testing technology can efficiently carry out food appearance quality analysis,cost quality evaluation and quality monitoring in the process of circulation with its three advantages of non-destructiveness,comprehensiveness and real-time compared with traditional testing methods.This paper deeply explore the application of nondestructive testing technology in the rapid screening of food safety,aiming to provide more advanced technical support,to strengthen the quality control and evaluation of food safety,and further promote the development of China's food industry.
