Application Analysis of Gas Chromatography in Food Quality Detection
With the increasing concern of food safety,how to effectively detect harmful substances in food and ensure food quality has become an important topic in modern food industry.Gas chromatography is widely used in the field of food quality detection because of its high efficiency,sensitivity and accuracy.Gas chromatography can quantitatively and qualitatively analyze complex compounds in food and provide scientific basis for food safety supervision.This paper will discuss the basic principle and characteristics of gas chromatography and the application of gas chromatography in food quality detection,in order to provide reference for improving the level of food detection.
