This paper constructs an intelligent auxiliary system for food safety sampling,which covers sampling,sample receiving,sample management,sample preparation and inspection.The main functions of the system include sampling list information entry assistance,sampling list information screening,sample classification screening,sample unique identification electronic management,sample storage and retrieval electronic management and visual sample preparation,which is suitable for all inspection and testing institutions that assume the task of food sampling inspection,and can provide strong technical support for high-quality food safety sampling work.
