Procedures and Common Analytical Methods for Heavy Metal Detection in Edible Agricultural Products
In the food safety supervision and sampling inspection by the state,provinces and cities and other departments,agricultural products are often found to be certain heavy metal content.The heavy metals that are easy to exceed the standard are mainly lead,cadmium,chromium,mercury,arsenic,etc.,if these heavy metal pollutants are ingested for a long time,they will cause damage to the human body's blood,nerves and organs.This paper summarizes the steps and common analysis methods for the detection of heavy metals in edible agricultural products in the national standard method,and provides reference for the staff engaged in the quality inspection of agricultural products.
