Abstract
Food inspection and testing are key links in ensuring food safety,and their quality control directly affects the reliability and authority of the testing results.This article explores the details of quality control in food inspection and testing,with a focus on analyzing the shortcomings in sample management,instrument and equipment maintenance,selection of testing methods,and result reporting.In response to these issues,the article proposes improvement measures such as improving the sample management system,strengthening instrument and equipment maintenance,optimizing the selection of testing methods,and enhancing the accuracy of result reporting.By systematically addressing these detailed issues,the quality and reliability of food inspection and testing can be effectively improved,providing strong support for ensuring food safety and public health.
