This article explores the role of third-party institutions in industry regulation from the perspective of county(city,district)education departments,and proposes application strategies from four aspects:training system,food safety management system,on-site inspection mechanism,and food safety risk assessment,in order to provide reference for food safety management in primary and secondary schools.
