The problem of campus food safety is related to the physical and mental health of teenagers,which has been widely concerned by the whole society.The primary and secondary school canteens have the characteristics of centralized dining,large number of students,weak sense of autonomy and low age,especially in remote and economically underdeveloped areas,the food safety problem is not optimistic.Based on the current situation of food safety in primary and secondary school canteens,this paper analyzes the reasons and explores a series of effective countermeasures for food safety supervision in primary and secondary school canteens,so as to improve the level of food safety supervision in primary and secondary school canteens and realize the standardization,standardization and technology of food safety in primary and secondary school canteens.
