基层中小学食堂食品安全存在的问题及对策研究

校园食品安全问题关系着青少年的身心健康,受到全社会的广泛关注.中小学食堂具有用餐集中、人数多、学生自主意识不强、年龄低等特点,特别是在边远及经济欠发达地区,食品安全问题不容乐观.本文结合当前基层中小学食堂食品安全现状,分析原因,探索一系列行之有效的基层中小学食堂食品安全监管对策,从而提升基层中小学食堂食品安全监管水平,实现基层中小学食堂食品安全标准化、规范化与科技化.
Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety in Primary and Secondary School Canteens
The problem of campus food safety is related to the physical and mental health of teenagers,which has been widely concerned by the whole society.The primary and secondary school canteens have the characteristics of centralized dining,large number of students,weak sense of autonomy and low age,especially in remote and economically underdeveloped areas,the food safety problem is not optimistic.Based on the current situation of food safety in primary and secondary school canteens,this paper analyzes the reasons and explores a series of effective countermeasures for food safety supervision in primary and secondary school canteens,so as to improve the level of food safety supervision in primary and secondary school canteens and realize the standardization,standardization and technology of food safety in primary and secondary school canteens.
