The safety issues in food production and processing have a crucial impact on the stability and prosperity of the social economy,which means that the safety of food production enterprises has become a social issue that has attracted much attention.This study analyzes the safety issues in the food production and processing process from three aspects:government regulation,enterprise processing,and market circulation,and forms corresponding safety measures for the food production enterprise processing process,aiming to improve the market reputation of food production enterprises,promote social and economic stability,and lay the foundation for the healthy and sustainable development of the food industry.
