This study aims to explore the key factors affecting the quality of food microbiological testing and propose effective control measures to improve the testing level.By analyzing the biological characteristics of microorganisms and common detection methods,the main influencing factors such as improper sample collection and processing,laboratory cross contamination,and inaccurate calibration of detection equipment were revealed.Therefore,it is recommended to adopt standardized sample processing procedures,strict laboratory cleanliness management,and regular calibration of testing equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the inspection.
