摘要

储备粮质量管理贯穿于粮食入库至轮换出库全过程,是保障粮食安全的基础工作.本文以解读相关政策文件要求和粮油库存质量检查内容为重点,结合库存检查所发现的共性问题,有针对性地提出相应的改进措施.

Abstract

The quality management of grain reserves runs through the entire process from grain storage to rotation and outflow,and is the fundamental work to ensure food security.The article focuses on interpreting the requirements of relevant policy documents and the content of grain and oil inventory quality inspection,and proposes targeted improvement measures based on the common problems found in inventory inspection.
