Proficiency Testing Results and Analysis of Multiple Pesticide Residues in Strawberries
Objective:To analyze the validation process and results of the ability to detect multiple pesticide residues in strawberries,and provide reference for other laboratories to accurately determine multiple pesticide residues.Method:The sample was pretreated with QuEChERS and quantitatively analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Result:The method used for proficiency testing has good repeatability,effective quality control methods,and stable and reliable results.The results of the ability verification show that the|Z|value ranges from 0 to 0.6,which is satisfactory.Conclusion:During the verification process of pesticide residue detection capability,quality control should be emphasized to ensure accurate detection results are obtained.
