Contamination Levels and Risk Assessment of Bisphenol A and Bisphenol S in Commercially Available Fishes
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Bisphenol A(BPA)and Bisphenol S(BPS)in fish by solid phase extraction and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Method:The contents of BPA and BPS in 240 fish samples were analyzed by solid phase extraction and ultra-high performance liquid chromatogre-tandem mass spectrometry, and the dietary exposure and risk index were calculated.Result:BPA was not detected in 240 fish samples. The detection rate of BPS was 81.67%,the maximum value was 65.31 μg·kg-1,the median value was 5.28 μg·kg-1,and the average value was 12.99 μg·kg-1.Conclusion:BPS and BPA were not detected in fish food. There is no risk of exposure from daily consumption of seawater fish or freshwater fish.
