Evaluation of the Uncertainty in the Determination of Plumbum Content in Dried Fungus
In this study, the lead content in dried fungus was determined by fire atomic absorption spectrometry, and the accuracy of lead content determination was evaluated by measuring uncertainty. The results showed that when the lead content in dried fungus was 0.829 mg·kg-1,the expanded uncertainty was 0.102 mg·kg-1(k=2,p=95% ).The uncertainty evaluation results show that the extended uncertainty of the method is mainly derived from the fitting of the standard working curve, followed by the determination of sample repeatability, atomic absorption spectrometer, preparation of series concentration of lead standard working solution, lead standard solution, and the constant volume of sample digestion solution. The effect of sample weighing is minimal and basically negligible.
