16S rDNA鉴定腐败椰果罐头中的微生物

以腐败椰果罐头为试材,选用 4 种培养基分离纯化腐败椰果罐头中的细菌,扩增细菌 16S rDNA,对16S rDNA序列进行同源比对,并构建系统进化树,鉴定细菌种属.结果显示,从腐败椰果罐头中分离得到38株分离菌,经16S rDNA分子生物学方法鉴定为Paenibacillus humicus、Staphylococcus warneri、Sphingomonas sp.和Liquorilactobacillus satsumensis.
Identification of Microorganisms in Spoiled Coconut Cans by 16S rDNA
Taking spoiled coconut cans as test material,four kinds of culture media were selected to separate and purify bacteria in spoiled coconut cans,amplify bacterial 16S rDNA,compare the 16S rDNA sequences,construct a phylogenetic tree,and identify the bacterial species.The results showed that 38 isolates were obtained from spoiled coconut cans and identified by 16S rDNA molecular biology method as Paenibacillus humicus,Staphylococcus warneri,Sphingomonas sp.,Liquorilactobacillus satsumensis.
