Determination of 4 Inorganic Anions in Natural Mineral Water by Ion Chromatography
Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 4 kinds of inorganic anions in natural mineral water.Method:After being filtered by 0.45 μm aqueous filtration membrane,the samples were separated by Metrosep A Supp 5 Guard/4.0 protective column and Metrosep A Supp 5 anion separation column,and 8 mmol·L-1 sodium bicarbonate aqueous solution was used as the leach solution for equal degree leaching.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the conductivity detector was used for detection.Result:The correlation coefficients were above 0.996 0,the detection limit was 0.000 1~0.010 0 mg·L-1,and the quantitation limit was 0.000 4~0.040 0 mg·L-1.The relative standard deviations were 0.59%~8.16%,and the recoveries were 80.00%~112.50% .Conclusion:The method has the advantages of high sensitivity,good separation and high accuracy,and is suitable for the rapid quantitative determination of F-,Cl-,NO3-and SO42-in natural mineral water.
