Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Sulfur Dioxide Content in Wine
By establishing a mathematical model for measuring the sulfur dioxide content in wine, the uncertainty of the detection process is evaluated, and the sources are analyzed and quantified to obtain the evaluation results. The results indicate that, when the confidence probability was 95% and k=2,the content of sulfur dioxide in wine was(0.191 0±0.002 0)g·L-1;the order of the impact of the uncertainty introduced by the four components on the determination of sulfur dioxide in wine is repeatability test>sodium hydroxide titration solution>titration process>sample volume measurement. This study can provide a certain technical reference for food inspection agencies to determine the sulfur dioxide content in wine.
