测定葡萄酒中二氧化硫含量的不确定度评定

通过建立测定葡萄酒中二氧化硫含量的数学模型,对检测过程进行不确定度评定,并对其来源进行分析及定量,从而得出评估结果.结果表明,取置信概率为 95%,k=2 时,葡萄酒中二氧化硫含量为(0.191 0±0.002 0)g·L-1;4 个分量引入的不确定度对葡萄酒中二氧化硫测定结果影响的大小依次为重复性试验>氢氧化钠滴定溶液>滴定过程>量取试样体积.本研究可为食品检验机构测定葡萄酒中二氧化硫含量提供一定的技术参考.
Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Sulfur Dioxide Content in Wine
By establishing a mathematical model for measuring the sulfur dioxide content in wine,the uncertainty of the detection process is evaluated,and the sources are analyzed and quantified to obtain the evaluation results.The results indicate that,when the confidence probability was 95% and k=2,the content of sulfur dioxide in wine was(0.191 0±0.002 0)g·L-1;the order of the impact of the uncertainty introduced by the four components on the determination of sulfur dioxide in wine is repeatability test>sodium hydroxide titration solution>titration process>sample volume measurement.This study can provide a certain technical reference for food inspection agencies to determine the sulfur dioxide content in wine.
