GC-MS/MS测定花椒中7种多氯联苯

目的:建立气相色谱-串联质谱法(Gas Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS/MS)测定花椒中7种多氯联苯(Polychorinated Biphenyls,PCBs)的方法.方法:样品经正己烷-丙酮提取,QuEChRS净化包净化,采用GC-MS/MS进行分离、分析检测.结果:7种PCBs在质量浓度为0~200 ng·mL-1时具有良好的线性关系,检出限和定量限均满足实验需求.在10 ng·mL-1、50 ng·mL-1、200 ng·mL-1 3 个加标水平下,平均回收率在 91.55%~95.36%,相对标准偏差为 1.6%~3.2%.结论:该方法前处理简单、提取及分离效果良好、回收率高,适用于花椒中 7 种PCBs残留量的快速监测.
Determination of 7 Polychlorinated Biphenyls in Pepper by GC-MS/MS
Objective:To establish a gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)method for the determination of 7 polychorinated biphenyls(PCBs)in pepper.Method:The sample was extracted with n-hexane-acetone,purified by QuEChRS purification package,and separated by GC-MS/MS.Result:The 7 types of PCBs have a good linear range at a mass concentration of 0 ng·mL-1 to 200 ng·mL-1,and the detection limit and quantification limit of the method can meet the experimental requirements.At three levels of 10 ng·mL-1,50 ng·mL-1,200 ng·mL-1,the average recovery rates were 91.55% to 95.36%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.6% to 3.2% .Conclusion:The method has simple pretreatment,good extraction and separation effect,high recovery rate,and is suitable for rapid monitoring of 7 PCBs residues in pepper.
