Application of Liquid Chromatography in Safety Detection and Analysis of Pre-Packaged Food
This paper describes the classification and characteristics of prepackaged food,as well as the basic principles and advantages of liquid chromatography technology,and discusses the main constraints of the application of liquid chromatography technology in the safety detection and analysis of prepackaged food,such as insufficient mobile phase compatibility,insufficient chromatographic peak resolution,slow analysis speed,etc.Some solutions were put forward from the aspects of optimizing mobile phase formulation and conditions,improving column materials and properties,and developing efficient and rapid analytical methods,which provided reference for improving the detection efficiency of pre-packaged food.
