Research on the Application of Food Inspection Technology in Food Quality Traceability
This paper analyzes the characteristics of food inspection technologies such as molecular biology,mass spectrometry,near-infrared spectroscopy,biosensors and stable isotope ratio analysis,as well as their applications in food quality traceability.Food inspection technology plays an important role in food ingredient identification,adulteration detection,origin traceability,etc.In the future,we should strengthen the integration of multiple technologies to improve the accuracy and reliability of traceability.This study provides a reference for the selection and application of food quality traceability technology.
