摘要

本文从专利技术的视角,分析了以高端冰白葡萄酒和贵腐葡萄酒为代表的甜白葡萄酒的技术发展现状,主要从地域分布、品种选择、酿造技术、安全性控制等方面展开介绍,以期为解决高端甜白葡萄酒产量与市场需求的矛盾、饮用安全性问题以及广大企业和酒庄寻求自身在高端甜白葡萄酒方面的发展提供借鉴.

Abstract

This article analyzes the technological development status of sweet white wine represented by high-end ice white wine and noble rot wine from the perspective of patent technology,including regional distribution,variety selection,brewing technology,safety control,etc.,in order to provide reference for solving the contradiction between high-end sweet white wine production and market demand,drinking safety issues,and for enterprises and wineries seeking their own development in high-end sweet white wine.
