色谱分析技术是食品分析中的重要方法之一,在食品检测中占有重要地位.本文概述色谱分析技术及其优势,阐述常见的色谱分析技术,综述色谱分析技术在食品检测中的应用,旨在为保证食品的安全与质量提供科学依据.

Abstract

Chromatographic analysis technology is one of the important methods in food analysis and plays an important role in food detection.This paper summarizes the chromatographic analysis technology and its advantages,expounds the common chromatographic analysis technology,and summarizes the application of chromatographic analysis technology in food detection,aiming at providing scientific basis for ensuring the safety and quality of food.
