Nowadays,people's pursuit of a healthy diet is not only reflected in the selection of high-quality food materials,but also to ensure the safety of food and prevent harmful substances from causing potential harm to the human body.However,the reality is that there are obvious shortcomings in the greening of agricultural products in China,such as the occurrence of excessive pesticide residues occur in some agricultural products,which seriously threaten public health and environmental safety.Therefore,it is very important to do a good job in the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products.In view of this,this paper summarized the harm of pesticide residue in agricultural products,and deeply studied the application of food safety detection technology in pesticide residue detection of agricultural products,in order to provide reference for relevant workers.
