Research on the Current Situation and Improvement Strategies of Food Safety Management in Nursing Homes
Food safety management in nursing homes is the key to ensuring the health of the elderly and improving the quality of elderly care services.It has the characteristics of complex links,wide impact,and strict management requirements.In order to comprehensively optimize the food safety management of nursing homes,reduce food safety risks,and ensure the food safety of the elderly,this study conducted an in-depth analysis of the current situation of food safety management in nursing homes,and put forward corresponding improvement strategies.Nursing homes should promote the digital management,implement supply chain traceability mechanism and carry out regular food safety training,so as to improve employees'food safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
