摘要
食品安全问题日益严峻,推动全面质量管理在食品检验检测中的应用成为提升检测质量与效率的核心手段.深入研究全面质量管理的实施现状,对于优化食品检验检测流程、提高检测的准确性至关重要.本文分析全面质量管理在食品检验检测中的实施意义和现状,探讨在食品检验检测中应用全面质量管理面临的主要挑战,如质量控制体系不完善、技术与设备不统一以及检测人员综合水平参差不齐等.同时针对这些问题,提出了改进控制体系、优化技术和设备、提升检测人员专业素养等具体建议.
Abstract
Food safety problems are becoming increasingly severe,and promoting the application of total quality management in food inspection and testing has become the core means to improve the quality and efficiency of testing.In-depth study of the implementation status of total quality management is essential to optimize the food inspection and testing process and improve the accuracy of testing.This paper analyzes the significance and current situation of the implementation of total quality management in food inspection and testing,and discusses the main challenges faced by the application of total quality management in food inspection and testing,such as the imperfect quality control system,the inconsistency of technology and equipment,and the uneven comprehensive level of testing personnel.At the same time,in view of these problems,specific suggestions such as improving the control system,optimizing technology and equipment,and improving the professional quality of testing personnel are put forward.
