Research on Safety Supervision and Optimization Measures of Food Circulation Link
As the middle link of food production and sales,food circulation plays an important role in food safety supervision.Strengthening the safety supervision of food circulation is an important measure to create a good food consumption environment and improve the overall safety of food.Based on this,this study analyzes the safety supervision of food circulation link and points out the problems in food circulation link,such as low management level,difficult supervision,passive market supervision,and poor supervision and cooperation ability among government departments,and propose targeted optimization measures to improve the quality of food safety management in the circulation process,enhance the supervision of grassroots food circulation markets,strengthen the initiative of food safety supervision in the circulation process,and improve the collaborative supervision mechanism of regulatory departments,aimed at ensuring the food health and safety in the circulation link.
