Optimization Strategy of Instrument and Equipment Management Process of Food Inspection Institutions
Under the background that food safety is paid more and more attention,food inspection institutions,as an important defense line to ensure food safety,the management level of their instruments and equipment is directly related to the accuracy and efficiency of the detection work.With the rapid development of science and technology,new testing technology and equipment emerge endlessly,which puts forward higher requirements for food inspection agencies.In order to ensure that instruments and equipment are always in the best working condition,food inspection institutions must constantly optimize the equipment management process.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of testing work,this paper expounds the formulation of equipment renewal plan,the strengthening of maintenance,the improvement of professional training of operators,and the improvement of equipment management system,aiming to provide reference and support for improving food safety testing capabilities.
