摘要

餐饮服务加工过程中微生物污染的防控对食品安全至关重要.本文分析餐饮服务加工过程中的微生物污染源,探讨餐饮服务加工过程中微生物风险防控存在的问题,并提出餐饮服务加工过程中微生物风险防控存在问题的措施,旨在降低微生物污染风险,确保食品安全和消费者健康.

Abstract

The prevention and control of microbial contamination in food service processing is very important for food safety.This paper analyzes the microbial pollution sources in the process of catering service processing,discusses the existing problems of microbial risk prevention and control in the process of catering service processing,and puts forward measures for the existing problems in the process of microbial risk prevention and control in the process of catering service processing,aiming at reducing the risk of microbial pollution and ensuring food safety and consumer health.
