Objective:Understand the food safety sampling situation in Chongqing in 2023,and provide scientific basis for food safety supervision and management.Method:Conduct statistical analysis on the food safety sampling notices issued by Chongqing Market Supervision Administration from January 1 to December 31,2023.Result:The sampling qualification rate is relatively low for five categories of food,such as convenience food,stir fried food and nut products,tableware,edible agricultural products,and sugar,and there are food safety risks in production,circulation,and catering processes;the main unqualified indicators are food additives,pesticide residues,microbial contamination,heavy metals,quality indicators,and veterinary drug residues,accounting for 24.97%,23.67%,14.13%,11.43%,10.95%,and 8.83%respectively.Conclusion:The overall situation of food safety sampling results in Chongqing is good,but some foods still have certain food safety risks.It is necessary to continue to carry out classified sampling of different types of foods,establish a source control mechanism for food safety from the"field"to the"table"according to different pollutant conditions,and ensure the food safety of the public.
