大数据技术在食品安全监管领域的应用日益广泛,为构建更加高效、精准的食品安全监管体系提供了新路径.本文分析了食品安全监管体系中的常见问题,并提出构建基于大数据的食品安全监管新模式,旨在有效提升食品安全监管效能,保障公众健康.
Abstract
The application of big data technology in the field of food safety supervision is increasingly extensive,providing a new path for building a more efficient and accurate food safety supervision system.This article analyzes common problems in the food safety supervision system and proposes the construction of a new model of food safety supervision based on big data,so as to effectively improve the efficiency of food safety supervision and protect public health.
