摘要
本文围绕食品营养与食品安全检测相结合的应用价值与方法展开深入探讨.通过阐述食品营养与食品安全检测的内在联系,分析二者在保障公众健康、促进食品产业可持续发展等方面的重要作用.同时介绍多种现代检测技术包括核酸检测技术、光谱技术和生物传感器技术等在食品营养与安全检测中的应用,并提出建立完善的监督管理机制、提升检测技术水平以及加强宣传教育等优化策略与建议,以期为食品营养与安全检测领域的发展提供参考.
Abstract
This article explores in depth the application value and methods of combining food nutrition and food safety testing.This paper expounds the internal relationship between food nutrition and food safety testing,analyzes the important role of their combination in protecting public health and promoting the sustainable development of food industry,introduces the application of various modern testing technologies including nucleic acid detection technology,spectroscopy technology and biosensor technology in food nutrition and safety testing,and puts forward some optimization strategies and suggestions such as establishing a perfect supervision and management mechanism,improving the level of testing technology and strengthening publicity and education,so as to provide reference for the development of food nutrition and safety testing.
