采用QuEChERS结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定6 类茶叶中 5 种农药残留,并研究测定过程中存在的基质效应.结果表明,不同茶叶不同化合物呈现出差异较大的基质增强效应,其中氧乐果在不同茶叶中均表现出强基质效应;红茶和茯砖茶中4 种农药均表现出较大的基质增强效应.茶叶中农药残留加标回收率为 70.3%~127.0%,表明基质对回收率具有校正作用,但不同基质的校正作用不同.
Study on Matrix Effect of Determination of Pesticide Residues in Six Types of Tea by QuEChERS Combined with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
QuEChERS combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was used to determine the residues of five pesticides in six types of tea,and the matrix effects in the determination process were studied.The results showed that different compounds in different teas showed different matrix enhancement effects.Among them,omethoate showed strong matrix effects in different teas;the four pesticides in black tea and Fuzhuan tea showed large matrix enhancement effects.The recoveries of pesticide residues in tea were 70.3%~127.0%,indicating that the matrix had a correction effect on the recovery,but the correction effect of different matrices was different.
