Analysis of Food Safety Risk Monitoring Results in Zaozhuang City in 2023
Objective:To understand the contamination status of foodborne pathogens in food sold in Zaozhuang city,Shandong province,and to grasp and analyze the food safety situation.Method:From April to November 2023,a total of 234 samples of 10 major categories of food for sale in five districts and one city were selected in batches.According to the 2023 Shandong Province Food Pollution and Harmful Factor Risk Monitoring Work Manual,pathogenic bacteria and hygiene indicator bacteria were detected in the food.Result:The total detection rate of microorganisms in 234 food samples was 28.6%(67/234).The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria was 26.9%(63/234),and the detection rate of hygiene indicator bacteria was 5.1%(7/136).Conclusion:The most serious pathogenic bacteria contamination in food in Zaozhuang city in 2023 is Vibrio cholerae contamination in aquatic products,followed by Cronobacter contamination in cereal grains,infant formula foods,and cereal supplements.It is suggested that the market supervision department should strengthen the supervision of food with more serious microbial pollution to ensure the food safety of residents.
