摘要

目的:建立超高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法同时快速测定现制奶茶中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠的含量.方法:样品经水浴超声提取,蛋白沉淀剂沉淀蛋白,采用Quasar SPP C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.6 μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-乙酸铵溶液(5+95),等度洗脱,外标法定量.结果:3 种组分在2 min内全部出峰,且 3 种组分标准曲线的相关系数r>0.999 9;检出限均为 0.005 g·kg-1;定量限均为0.01 g·kg-1;样品在0.01 g·kg-1、0.05 g·kg-1、0.10 g·kg-1 这3个加标水平下的平均回收率为90.2%~104.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.18%~3.50%(n=6).结论:超高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法操作简便,耗时短,灵敏度好,准确度高,适用于同时快速测定现制奶茶中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠的含量.

Abstract

Objective:A ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem diode array method was established for the simultaneous and rapid determination of benzoic acid,sorbic acid and saccharin sodium in handcrafted milk tea.Method:The sample was dissolved in water,precipitating agent precipitated protein,extracted by ultrasound.Quasar SPP C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,2.6 μm)chromatographic column was used for isocratic elution with methanol and ammonium acetate(5+95)as mobile phase,and quantified by external standard method.Result:Three components peak within 2 minutes and the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves r>0.999 9,the detection limit is 0.005 g·kg-1,and the quantification limit is 0.01 g·kg-1;the average recovery rates of three spiked levels of 0.01 g·kg-1、0.05 g·kg-1、0.10 g·kg-1 were 90.2%to 104.0%,and the relative standard deviation of the measurement results were 0.18%to 3.50%(n=6).Conclusion:The ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem diode array method is simple,short detection time,sensitive and accurate,which is suitable for simultaneous and rapid determination of benzoic acid,sorbic acid and saccharin sodium in handcrafted milk tea.
