目的:调查分析内蒙古兴安盟市售特色乳制品中重金属砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)含量,并对特色乳制品As、Cd、Pb进行健康风险评估.方法:采用电感耦合等离子质谱法对特色乳制品中 3 种重金属含量进行检测,并采用美国环境保护署推荐的健康风险评价模型进行健康风险评估.结果:本次检测共采集 46 份样品,重金属元素As、Cd所导致的个人年健康风险值分别为 3.16×10-4 和 1.62×10-5,重金属元素Pb所导致的个人年健康风险值为2.06×10-8.结论:通过摄入兴安盟特色乳制品中As、Cd、Pb所引起的总健康风险水平均在可接受范围内,但由As所引起的平均个人年健康风险已经超过国际辐射防护委员会推荐的可接受水平 5×10-5,应当引起重视.
Analysis and Health Risk Assessment of As,Cd and Pb in Specialty Dairy Products in Xing'an League
Objective:To investigate and analyze the status quo of heavy metals As、Cd、Pb in specialty dairy products sold in Xing'an League of Inner Mongolia,and to evaluate the health risks of As,Cd and Pb in specialty dairy products.Method:The content of three heavy metals in specialty dairy products was detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and the health risk assessment model recommended by the US Environmental Protection Agency was used for health risk assessment.Result:A total of 46 samples were collected in this test.The personal annual health risk caused by heavy metal As and Cd was 3.16×10-4 and 1.62×10-5.The individual annual health risk caused by Pb was 2.06×10-8.Conclusion:The total health risk levels caused by the intake of As,Cd and Pb in Xing'an League's specialty dairy products are within the acceptable range,but the average individual annual health risk caused by As has exceeded the acceptable level recommended by the International Commission on Radiation Protection of 5×10-5,which should be taken seriously.
