摘要

本试验旨在建立一种高效、灵敏且准确的SinCHERS-液质联用法用于检测豆芽中 6-苄基腺嘌呤以及 4-氯苯氧乙酸 2 种植物生长调节剂.豆芽样品用含 1%甲酸的乙腈溶液提取目标物,然后加入萃取盐包盐析分层,经过基质分散净化装置(SinCHERS)净化,采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 色谱柱进行分离,以含有 0.1%甲酸的 10 mmol·L-1 乙酸铵溶液和乙腈溶液梯度洗脱,采用负离子监测模式检测,外标法进行定量.本试验的线性关系良好(r>0.999)、检出限低(约 0.14 μg·kg-1)且回收率高(85.43%~94.51%),为 2种植物生长调节剂的监测和质量控制提供有力的技术支持.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to develop a sensitive and accurate method for the determination of 6-benzyladenine and 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid in bean sprouts by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry with SinCHERS.The bean sprouts were extracted with acetonitrile solution containing 1%formic acid,and then the extracted salt was added to salting-out layer,which was purified by matrix dispersion purification device(SinCHERS)and separated by Agilent Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 column,gradient elution with 0.1%formic acid 10 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution and acetonitrile solution was carried out.The relationship was good(r>0.999),the detection limit was low(about 0.14 μg·kg-1),and the recovery rate was high(85.43%to 94.51%).It provides strong technical support for monitoring and quality control of two plant growth regulators.
