Analysis of Nutritional Literacy Status and Influencing Factors Among Primary and Middle School Students in Nanming District
Objective:To understand the nutritional literacy status and influencing factors of primary and secondary school students and parents in Nanming district,Guiyang city,Guizhou province.Method:The nutritional literacy scores of 921 students from grade 3 to 9 in Nanming district were evaluated by independent sample t test and one-way analysis of variance.Result:The average score of nutritional literacy of primary and middle school students in Nanming district was(60.13±13.25)points,the average scores of cognitive field and skill f ield were(62.07±17.06)points and(47.26±13.60)points,respectively.Conclusion:Grade,main adopters and their educational level,family economic situation,whether left-behind children and picky or partial eclipse are the factors affecting the nutritional literacy of primary and middle school students.
