摘要

食品安全关乎人们的健康和社会的稳定.食品生产、加工、运输等环节存在着微生物污染的风险,给食品安全带来了潜在威胁.因此,对食品中微生物进行检验成为保障食品安全的重要手段之一.本文就食品微生物检验的关键程序和操作要点进行深入分析,以供参考.

Abstract

Food safety is related to people's health and social stability.There is a risk of microbial contamination in food production,processing,transportation and other links,which brings a potential threat to food safety.Therefore,the detection of microorganisms in food has become one of the important means to ensure food safety.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the key procedures and operational points of food microbiological testing for reference.
