在全球化和工业化背景下,食品安全问题日益成为影响公共健康与社会稳定的重要因素.食品供应链的复杂性增加了食品安全风险的来源和管理难度.食品中的微生物、化学污染物和重金属等有害物质,可能通过各种途径进入人体,对人体健康造成威胁.因此,科学的食品安全风险评估和应对策略对于保障从生产到消费各个环节的食品安全至关重要.本文旨在分析食品安全风险的成因、评估方法,并探讨有效的应对策略.
Abstract
In the context of globalization and industrialization,food safety issues have increasingly become an important factor affecting public health and social stability.The complexity of the food supply chain increases the sources and management difficulties of food safety risks.Harmful substances such as microorganisms,chemical pollutants,and heavy metals in food may enter the human body through various pathways,posing a threat to health.Therefore,scientific food safety risk assessment and response strategies are crucial for ensuring food safety at all stages from production to consumption.This paper aims to analyze the causes of food safety risks,assessment methods,and explore effective countermeasures.
