食品抽检是基层食品安全监督的重要技术支撑,是市场监管部门进行食品监管的重要手段.本文介绍基层食品安全监督抽检工作重要性和基本情况,分析基层食品安全监督抽检工作存在的问题,并针对性地提出相应的优化措施,以推动基层食品安全监督抽检工作的有效开展.
Abstract
Food sampling is an important technical support for grass-roots food safety supervision,and an important means for market supervision departments to carry out food supervision.This study introduced the importance and basic situation of grassroots food safety supervision and sampling work,analyzed the problems existing in grassroots food safety supervision and sampling work,and put forward corresponding optimization measures to promote the effective development of grassroots food safety supervision and sampling work.
