大学生多样化饮食背景下的校园饮食安全影响因素分析

摘要
本研究对大学生多样化饮食背景下的校园饮食安全影响因素进行分析.结果显示,59.39%的大学生"很关注"食品安全问题;53.94%的大学生有固定的校外饮食习惯;学生对校外餐饮是否具备卫生许可证的关注度整体偏低,64.85%的大学生"偶尔关注",23.03%的学生"一直关注".本研究揭示了大学生在多样化饮食背景下的食品安全认知与行为特点,为提高校园饮食安全防控能力提供了数据支持和参考依据.
Abstract
This study analyzed the factors influencing the campus food safety under the background of diversified diet of college students.The results showed that 59.39%of college students were"very concerned"about food safety;53.94%of college students have fixed off-campus eating habits;students'concern about whether off-campus catering has a health license is generally low,64.85%of college students"occasionally"and 23.03%of students"always".This study revealed the cognitive and behavioral characteristics of food safety of college students in the context of diversified diets,and provided data support and reference for improving the prevention and control ability of campus food safety.
