食品质量安全管理是保障人们生命健康、促进食品行业可持续发展的关键.全面质量管理作为一种有效的管理方式,有利于食品质量安全管理目标的实现.文章从全面质量管理视角出发,分析全面质量管理在食品质量安全管理中应用的重要意义,提出全面质量管理在食品质量安全管理中的应用路径,旨在为食品质量安全管理工作开展提供更多支持.
Abstract
Food quality and safety management is the key to ensuring people's health and promoting the sustainable development of the food industry.Total quality management,as an effective management approach,is beneficial for achieving the goals of food quality and safety management.From the perspective of total quality management,this article analyzes the significance of its application in food quality and safety management,proposes the application path of total quality management in food quality and safety management,aiming to provide more support for the development of food quality and safety management work.
