Study on Problems and Optimization Measures of Township Catering Food Safety Supervision
Food safety is a key topic related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and township catering food safety is a major and difficult task for grassroots supervision departments.Based on this,by analyzing the current situation in township catering food safety supervision,this study concludes that there are problems in township catering food safety supervision,such as lack of responsibility consciousness of operators,imperfect catering operation hardware equipment,difficulty in township catering supervision,and lack of consumer awareness of rights protection,etc.Accordingly,corresponding optimization measures are proposed.It aims to improve the quality and efficiency of township catering food safety supervision.
