Research on Quality Control Methods of Medicinal and Edible Homologous Foods
In this paper,the main types of medicinal and edible homologous foods and their quality control methods are systematically summarized,and the problems of insufficient specificity of active ingredient determination methods,imperfect quality standard system and lack of process quality monitoring in the quality control of medicinal and edible homologous foods are analyzed.In order to solve these problems,the establishment of specific detection methods based on bioactive ingredients,the improvement of the quality standard system of medicine and food homology products,and the establishment of the whole process quality control mode were proposed,in order to provide a reference for promoting the healthy development of the medicine and food homology industry.
